TENDER Cottonwood Park Wall Repairs March 21

Sealed Tenders clearly marked “Cottonwood Park Wall Repairs – 2019” will be received at the Town of Osoyoos Office, 8707 Main Street, Osoyoos, B.C. V0H 1V0 up to 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, March 21st, 2019. Tenders will be opened in public in the Town of Osoyoos Office at 2:00 p.m. on the tender closing date.

The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:

• Reconstruction of ± 180 m² of Allan block wall c/w installation of footing drains, geogrid tie-backs, filter fabric and drain rock and rip-rap splash pads.
• Removal and reinstatement of ± 165 m of steel handrailing, ± 82 m² of concrete sidewalks, and 435 m² of asphalt walkways.
• Localized irrigation system modification
• Landscape installations and reinstatements
