TENDER 2018 Photovoltaic Expansion Deadline October 4 2018

Sealed Tenders clearly marked "2018 Photovoltaic Expansion Bid" will be received at the Town of Osoyoos, 8707 Main Street, up to 2:00 pm local time, Thursday, October 4, 2018. Tenders will be opened in public in the Town of Osoyoos Municipal Office at 2:00 pm on the tender closing date.

ARGON ELECTRICAL AND SOLAR SERVICE $51,932.48

The project comprises the following works and approximate quantities:

  • Supply and install 25kW of photovoltaic panels.
  • Supply and install combination and re-combination boxes.
  • Supply and installation structure to hold panels.
  • Contractor to supply all wiring and cable required to complete the above scope of work.
  • OPTIONAL: Contractor to install an additional 25kW

Tender Documents are available above or on BCBID.  A Planholder Registration Form must be completed and faxed or emailed to UES Engineering in order to receive any addendums and/or additional information regarding this tender. It is the sole responsibility of the Planholder to ensure that the Registration Form has been received by UES Engineering. Tender documents will be available for viewing by contractors at the office of UES Engineering. 
 
Tenders must be accompanied by the following:

(1) A BID BOND, CASH DEPOSIT, CERTIFIED CHEQUE or IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CLEAN CREDIT in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tendered Price.
(2) If a Bid Bond is provided, a CONSENT OF SURETY relating to subsequent security arrangements for PERFORMANCE and LABOUR AND MATERIALS PAYMENT GUARANTEES.
 
If the information stipulated above is not enclosed with the Tender at the time of opening, the Tender will be rejected. Tenders received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.
