Public Notice - Effa ALR Exclusion Application deadline April 1

Public Notice is hereby given that at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, April  7, 2015 in the Council Chambers located at 8707 Main Street, Council will receive input on the following matter:
 
The Town has received Ron Effa’s application to exclude the following 0.473 ha from the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR).

 
Civic Address:  9419 Spartan Drive

Legal Description:  Lot A, DL 2450s SDYD Plan KAP75533
 
All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard by Council and/or to present written submissions on the ALR application.
 
Written submissions can be mailed to the undersigned or emailed to info@osoyoos.ca.   The deadline for written submissions is 12:00 pm (noon), Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
 
Copies of the ALR exclusion application may be reviewed by clicking here or at the Planning and Development Services Department located at 8711 Main Street from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (excluding lunch hour from 12:00 to 1:00), excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
