Public Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at approximately 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers located at 8707 Main Street Council will receive input on the following matter:
The Town has received Kent Macpherson’s application to exclude the “Wish Property” from the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) on behalf of its owner, Kevin Demers of Pemborough Estates. This approximately 22-acre property is located south of Highway 3 and east of 51st Street, as shown below.

Proposed uses of the property are an RV park with 157 spaces and a highway commercial strip along its north side. Council wishes public input before considering whether or not to recommend support to the Agricultural Land Commission. 
All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and/or present written submissions on the above matter. Written submissions can be mailed to the undersigned or emailed to (only emails received to this address will form part of the Council Agenda.) The deadline for written submissions is 12:00 pm (Noon) Wednesday, November 6, 2013.
