Public Hearing M1 Zoning Amendment for 11611-115 Street

Public Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers located at 8707 Main Street; Council will receive input on Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1085.92, 2014.  The Bylaw received 1st and 2nd reading on July 21, 2014.

Bylaw 1085.92 would approve an “Indoor Model Railway Tourist Attraction” as a site-specific permitted use in the M1 General Industrial zone at 11611 – 115 Street in addition to all other uses permitted in that zone. 

All persons will be given an opportunity to be heard and/or present written submissions on the above matters. Written submissions can be mailed to the undersigned or emailed to info@osoyoos.ca (only emails received at this address will form part of the Council Agenda.)  The deadline for written submissions is 12:00 pm (Noon) Friday, August 8, 2014.

Copies of the proposed zoning bylaw amendment may be reviewed by clicking here or at the Department of Planning and Development Services, located at 8711 Main Street from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding lunch hours from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
