Water Matters

  • The Roberts Point Subdivision Report - Request to be incorporated into the Town of Osoyoos water provision service area and provide water service to the area under the direction of the Extraterritorial Policy.

Reports

  • Mayor and Councillors attended the Okanagan Correctional Centre tour last week. It will be an asset to the South Okanagan.
  • Mayor and Councillors attended the Giving Cupboard grand opening. Congratulations to Jen Shiels, Brenda Dorosz and Gaye Horne for starting the project.  Encouraged people donate.
  • Councillor Youngberg encouraged people to support the Harvest Dance on Saturday, October 22 and support all the organizations that will benefit from that dance.
  • Councillor Youngberg encouraged everyone to attend the Osoyoos Coyotes games.
  • Mayor McKortoff attended the School District #53 committee meeting.

The public is encouraged to attend the Committee of the Whole meetings which take place in Council Chambers at 9:00AM on the morning of the Regular Open Council meetings at 2:00 PM to learn additional in-depth information regarding upcoming business.
